At Honkai Shop, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-fashion apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Honkai Shop account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; please ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
